Our principal lawyer Lucy Dong is also a notary public and can certify and attest Australian documents to be used internationally.
Lucy can provide notarial services in English and in Mandarin Chinese.
Types of documents
We can provide the following notarial services:
- Certification of true copies of documents, eg, passports, ID documents, educational qualifications, birth certificate, death certificate, marriage certificate, change of name certificate, etc;
- Notarisation of company documents;
- Notarisation of trademark and other intellectual property documents;
- Administering an oath or affirmation, taking a declaration, affidavit or attesting powers of attorneys, contracts, deeds and wills;
- Providing advice on and assisting with obtaining an Apostille or authentication certificate from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT); and
- Providing advice on and assisting with consular authentication if required.
